Maggie Shi started blogging for One in a Billion in May 2017. In Spring 2020, Maggie started a new role as our Director of Strategic Partners Development. (a volunteer position) She remains an active member of One in a Billion Story Board, a monthly editorial board meeting that reviews and approves podcast pitches.
Born in Nanjing, China, Maggie obtained her Master degree in hospitality management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
She is a professional hotelier with combined 10-year work experience in Hong Kong and New York. She is also a social media influencer in China.
Maggie lives outside of New York City right now. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and blogging.
