Leah Yen Jarrett – Film Grants Committee
Leah Yen Jarrett joined the One in a Billion community in August 2014 as a contributing blogger. Since then, she has gone on to contribute as an Editorial Board member and is currently on the Film Grants Committee.
Leah’s career has spanned across industries from tech to design. A marketer by trade and storyteller at heart, she has worked at organizations like the Walt Disney Company, IDEO, and is currently the Associate Director of Marketing at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan. Leah is passionate about fostering environments of cross-cultural understanding and respect. A purpose driven by her bicultural upbringing. Having grown up in cities like Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Washington D.C., and Shanghai, she is a self-proclaimed “Third Culture Kid” through and through.
Leah is a graduate of Cornell University and is currently pursuing a career transition into law. Outside of work, her favorite things are all water-related: drinking tea, swimming, and watercoloring.
